4. SMS / Text Message Communications

• With matched contractors: We share your name, phone number, project type, and general location with the contractor(s) we match you with so they can contact you about your project.
• With service providers: We use third-party tools to operate our business, including GoHighLevel (CRM), Meta (advertising), and website hosting providers. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.
• As required by law: We may disclose information if required by a court order, subpoena, or other legal process.
• Business transfers: If The Volume Leaders is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner, subject to the same privacy protections described here.
